Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ohm PCs. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Custom-Built PCs

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales of custom-built PCs are final. However, if your PC arrives damaged or with defective components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Warranty Coverage

All custom builds come with a limited warranty as specified at the time of purchase. If your PC develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective components at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it enters the building phase for a full refund. Once we begin assembling your custom PC, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply to cover the costs of components that have already been allocated or configured.

4. Refund Process

When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Returns

If a return is authorized, please ensure the PC is packaged securely in its original packaging, including all components and accessories. We recommend using insurance and tracking for return shipments.

6. Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to issues resulting from:

  • Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Software issues not related to hardware performance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Environmental conditions outside of recommended specifications
